6 weeks!

I am a little slow this week. My little person turned TWO and with spring break life has been crazy. Puppies are 6 weeks old! Holy cow. Next week is temperament tests and then you get to pick your very own holy little terror. Haha just kidding they are sweet kids. We have all decided that this litter is even more chill than our last bunch of pups. They are going to be fun dogs. This week I am boarding Wallace, who was Mr Boddy from our Clue litter and boy howdy this boy is huge! He is far and above taller than Cinna and is only 8 months old. He has a lot of filling out to do and is already just shy of 90lbs. My guess is that he will max out at about 120-130lbs. BIG boy! He was the biggest from the Clue bunch and still holds that spot as far as I know.
Puppies are meeting new people everyday, we get LOTS of kids who come and man handle them and they take it like champs. Hawkeye who is the biggest will most likely cross the 10lb mark tonight, I have not weighed them yet tonight) and Thor hit 5lbs 2 days ago! Most of the others are roughly 8 1/2lbs-ish give or take. They are eating solid food and enjoy it immensely. They are doing wonderful with pre-potty training and use the grass or their potty box at least 90% of the time. Awesome puppies. Here they are folks!

ORANGE/Phoenix: This girl is still the most active and is all over the place. She is so sweet and loves to play and be loved on.

NO COLLAR/Hawkeye: This kid is such a chunk and a hunk. He is kind of quiet and still. He loves to romp and play but is just as happy watching and sitting.

RED/Iron Man: What a cute boy, he is so sweet and rather mellow. He loves to follow and wait for you to sit for him to climb in your lap.

STARS/Captain America: Oh The Captain. He is so outgoing and is a goer. He loves to explore and visit and play and then snuggle after he is all worn out.

PURPLE/Magneto: Neato as Rory calls him is such a fun kid, he is outgoing and playful but very chill when the situation calls for it.

YELLOW/Wolverine: Logan is a good boy, he is pretty chill and low key but has a fun spunky streak in him.

BLUE/Beast: Hank is a cutie, he is so sweet. He is a little shy sometimes but only of loud scary noises. He is a lover and rather mellow.

WHITE/Storm: She is probably the most mellow of the girls, she is a love. She will play with the best of them but is pretty chill.

GOLD/Thor: Being the littlest and the youngest he is generally referred to as Thor baby, he is finally finding his inner spunk with force though. He is such a lover but is good at standing up for himself and will try and play with the big dogs like he is one of them. He is rather brave for one so small.

NOTE: Thor was still having some issues that concerned me a little bit last week, when he eats or drinks anything wet he has sneezing fits and some of what he was eating will come out of his nose. I had the Vet do a series of tests on him to see if anything was seriously wrong . The x-rays showed that everything inside is perfectly functional and the only possibility is that his soft pallet may be a little shorter than it should be which is why things come back out his nose. The Vet was very un-concerned and said he will either learn how to live with it and be normal or it will grow as he does and correct itself. He thinks that Thor is a preemie and that he is just a little slow in his development. He does fine with solid food and I have noticed that he is getting better at drinking very slow so he doesn't have a problem, he is a smart pup.

GRAY/Prof. X: X is a sweet pup, he is very much middle ground between outgoing/energetic and calm/mellow. I quite like him.

GREEN/Hulk: Banner(I totally think this should be his name. :-)) is much like X, he is a great happy medium. He has some bounce to him that is nicely balanced by loves.

TEAL/Mystique: Tique is the most middle ground of the girls. She is outgoing and curious but not overly all over the place. I like her a lot.
